When you leave our website and use an external ordering platform or another third-party service, that service’s own privacy policy and terms apply.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you email us, request information, ask about a bulk order, submit artwork, approve a proof, place or discuss an order, submit a Pass the Hope prayer request or story, request removal of previously published content, or otherwise communicate with us.

Depending on how you interact with us, this information may include:

• Mailing or shipping address
• Business or organization name
• Order details and requested quantities
• Photos, logos, artwork, text, or other files you provide
• Communications, questions, feedback, and proof approvals
• A Pass the Hope journey number
• A first name or general city and state you choose to provide with a Pass the Hope submission
• A Pass the Hope story, testimony, prayer request, or other message
• A photograph submitted in connection with Pass the Hope
• Your privacy or publication preference for a Pass the Hope submission
• Information provided in connection with a request to remove previously published content
• Any other information you choose to provide

Prayer requests, stories, photographs, and other messages may contain personal or sensitive details. Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for the purpose of your submission.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, full medical records, exact home addresses, passwords, or other highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for an order, inquiry, prayer request, or story.

Please also avoid providing private personal information about another person unless you have appropriate permission to do so.

Information related to online orders

Consumer photo-magnet orders may be placed through an external ordering platform operated by ReadyPix.

When you use that platform, ReadyPix and its service providers may collect information needed to process your order, such as your contact information, uploaded photos, shipping information, order selections, and payment information.

Risen Anchor Co. may receive information reasonably necessary to produce, fulfill, deliver, support, or document your order. Payment-card information is handled through the external ordering platform and its payment providers rather than through the Risen Anchor Co. WordPress website.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or submit a website form, our hosting provider, WordPress installation, form system, security tools, anti-spam services, or related technical services may automatically collect or process limited technical information, including:

• Internet Protocol address
• Browser and device type
• Operating system
• Referring website or page
• Pages visited
• Date and time of access
• General website and server-log information
• Technical information used to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated spam or abuse

We do not use customer photos or personalized products in advertising, social media, portfolio materials, or other public marketing without permission.

A Pass the Hope submission is not made public merely because it was submitted. Public posting is handled according to the publication choice described below.

3. How We May Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share or allow access to limited information when reasonably necessary for service providers that help us operate the business or website, including:

• WordPress, website-form, security, backup, and anti-spam providers
• ReadyPix and other ordering or production-workflow platforms

Customer photos, logos, artwork, and other personalized files may contain private or personally meaningful information.

• Preparing a design or proof
• Producing an order
• Providing customer support
• Handling corrections, replacements, or reorders
• Maintaining necessary business records

Submitting an image or placing an order does not give Risen Anchor Co. permission to publish or use that image for marketing.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permission to submit the photos, logos, artwork, names, or other material included in your order.

5. Pass the Hope Prayer Requests, Stories, and Photographs

Participation in Pass the Hope is voluntary. You are not required to submit a story, photograph, prayer request, name, contact information, or other personal information in order to receive a blessing or pass a magnet to another person.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests submitted through a designated prayer-request form are intended for private review and prayer by Risen Anchor Co. They will not be published by Risen Anchor Co. as part of a public Pass the Hope journey unless you separately and affirmatively submit or authorize information for public sharing.

Because prayer requests may involve health, family, faith, grief, hardship, or other private matters, please share only the details you are comfortable providing.

Please do not include unnecessary private information about another person.

Journey stories and photographs

Pass the Hope story submissions are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee that a story or photograph will be published.

Depending on the choices offered on the form, you may be able to:

• Share a story publicly with your first name and general city and state
• Share publicly without your name or photograph
• Share information only with Risen Anchor Co. and not have it published
• Submit a prayer request without adding it to the public journey
• Request removal of a previously published story or photograph

Risen Anchor Co. does not intend to publish exact street addresses or other unnecessary private location information as part of Pass the Hope.

Choosing not to display your name or photograph can reduce identification, but it does not guarantee complete anonymity. Details contained within a story may sometimes allow others to recognize the people or circumstances described.

If a submitted story or photograph includes another identifiable person, you are responsible for having appropriate permission to submit that person’s image or personal information.

Public information

If you affirmatively authorize a story, first name, general location, or photograph for public sharing, that information may be visible to anyone who visits the website.

Information published on the internet may also be copied, shared, indexed, cached, screenshotted, or stored by search engines or other third parties outside Risen Anchor Co.’s control.

If you later request removal, we can remove qualifying content from systems and pages we control, but we cannot guarantee deletion of copies that other people or independent third parties previously created or stored.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, reorders, bookkeeping, tax records, dispute resolution, fraud and spam prevention, website security, Pass the Hope administration, submission review, removal requests, and legal compliance.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Pass the Hope submissions that are not approved or authorized for public posting do not become public merely because they remain temporarily stored in our website or administrative systems.

Approved Pass the Hope journey stories and photographs may be retained for a longer period when reasonably necessary to maintain the applicable journey or program history, subject to removal requests and other legitimate recordkeeping needs.

You may contact us to request deletion of photos or other personal information that we control. We may retain limited information when required or reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, warranty, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legitimate business-record purposes.

Information stored or controlled independently by ReadyPix or another third-party provider must be addressed according to that provider’s own privacy procedures.

7. Cookies, Security Tools, and Similar Technologies

Our website, hosting provider, WordPress installation, form system, security services, or anti-spam tools may use cookies, scripts, temporary identifiers, browser or device signals, or similar technologies that are necessary or useful for website operation, security, administration, spam prevention, or user preferences.

Risen Anchor Co. does not sell personal information and does not currently use its website for targeted advertising.

If we later add analytics, advertising tools, social-media tracking pixels, newsletter systems, or other technologies that materially change our data practices, this Privacy Policy should be updated.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies or technologies may affect website functionality or the ability to submit forms.

Website-form submissions and uploaded files may be processed or stored through the systems supporting our WordPress website, hosting environment, and related service providers.

However, no website, email system, online platform, transmission method, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use care when sending personal information, photographs, prayer requests, or other sensitive material electronically.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to external websites and services, including ReadyPix.

When you click an external link, you leave the Risen Anchor Co. website. We do not control the privacy, security, availability, content, or data practices of independent third-party websites and services.

You should review the privacy policy and terms of each external service before providing personal information.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Risen Anchor Co. website and Pass the Hope website forms are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website.

Children under 13 should not directly submit names, email addresses, photographs, prayer requests, stories, or other personal information through our website forms. A parent or legal guardian may contact us or make an appropriate submission on a child’s behalf.

Parents or legal guardians may also submit family or child photographs for personalized products. In those circumstances, the adult submitting the images is responsible for having the authority and permission to provide them.

We will not knowingly publish an identifiable minor’s photograph or personal Pass the Hope story without appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If you are under 18 and wish to submit a photograph or story for public posting, please involve a parent or legal guardian and obtain their permission before submitting it.

If we learn that a child under 13 directly submitted personal information without appropriate parental or guardian permission, contact us so we can review the situation and take reasonable steps to delete the information when appropriate.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request that we:

• Confirm whether we hold personal information about you
• Provide access to certain personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete certain personal information
• Stop using your information for a particular purpose
