1. About Risen Anchor Co.

Risen Anchor Co. is a husband-and-wife business based in Axton, Virginia. We create custom photo magnets and may offer personalized products, business magnets, event products, bulk orders, and related services.

The website is primarily an informational landing page. Some purchases may be completed through an external ordering platform, while bulk and specialized projects may be discussed and confirmed directly with Risen Anchor Co.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order or enter into an agreement with Risen Anchor Co.

By submitting an order or inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into the transaction.

3. External Ordering Platform

Our website may link to an external ordering platform operated by ReadyPix or another third-party provider.

When you leave the Risen Anchor Co. website and use an external platform:

• The external platform’s own terms, privacy policy, payment procedures, and technical practices may apply.
• Payment information may be processed by that platform or its payment providers.
• Risen Anchor Co. does not control the platform’s availability, security, software, or technical performance.
• Orders for Risen Anchor Co. products may also be subject to order-specific instructions, policies, proofs, quotes, or communications provided by Risen Anchor Co.

A link to an external platform does not mean that Risen Anchor Co. controls every aspect of that platform.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order, inquiry, file, quote request, or payment does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when Risen Anchor Co. or the applicable ordering platform provides confirmation that the order will be processed.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

• Required information is missing
• Artwork or photos cannot be used reliably
• The requested material appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or inappropriate
• Payment cannot be verified
• A pricing, quantity, or technical error occurred
• The requested deadline cannot reasonably be met
• Production would create an unacceptable quality, security, or safety risk

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded as required by law and the relevant payment or ordering procedures.

5. Pricing, Availability, and Errors

Prices, products, quantities, features, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted.

We try to present accurate information, but typographical errors, incorrect pricing, outdated descriptions, broken links, or technical mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct an error before accepting or completing an affected order.

Any final quote, invoice, checkout total, or written order confirmation will control over general website information for that particular order.

6. Custom Products and Customer Approvals

Many Risen Anchor Co. products are personalized using customer-supplied photos, logos, artwork, names, wording, links, or other instructions.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming, as applicable:

• Names and spelling
• Dates
• Addresses and contact details
• Photo selection and crop
• Image orientation
• Quantity
• Logo version
• Colors
• QR-code destination
• Website address
• Other customer-supplied information

When a digital proof is provided, you are responsible for carefully reviewing it before approving production.

Approval authorizes Risen Anchor Co. to produce the order substantially according to the approved proof. An approval does not waive responsibility for a manufacturing defect, but customer-supplied or customer-approved errors may not qualify for a free replacement.

7. Photos, Logos, Artwork, and Other Submitted Materials

You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in materials you submit.

By submitting photos, logos, artwork, text, links, or other materials, you grant Risen Anchor Co. a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, crop, resize, format, modify, print, manufacture, and otherwise use those materials only as reasonably necessary to:

• Review your inquiry
• Prepare a quote or proof
• Produce and fulfill your order
• Provide customer service
• Handle corrections, replacements, or reorders
• Maintain necessary transaction, approval, or legal records

Submitting an image or placing an order does not give Risen Anchor Co. permission to use your personalized product in advertising, social media, portfolios, or other public marketing without additional permission.

You represent that:

• You own the submitted materials or have permission to use them.
• Their use will not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• You have appropriate permission to submit images of other people, including children.
• The materials are not unlawful, threatening, exploitative, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

We may refuse materials when the right to use them is unclear.

8. Image and Print Variations

Colors and brightness may appear differently across phones, monitors, printers, paper, coatings, and lighting conditions.

Minor differences may occur between:

• A screen preview and the printed product
• Different production batches
• Cropping shown on different devices
• Customer-supplied files with limited resolution or compression
• Printed colors and original photographic colors

We do not guarantee an exact screen-to-print color match. We will use reasonable production and quality-control procedures appropriate to the product.

9. QR Codes and External Destinations

Some custom business products may include QR codes or links supplied or approved by the customer.

The customer is responsible for verifying that the destination:

• Is correct
• Is authorized
• Belongs to or is approved by the relevant business or organization
• Does not contain unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material

Risen Anchor Co. may test a QR code during design and production, but we cannot guarantee that an external website, ordering provider, redirect, account, domain, or URL will remain active or unchanged after production.

Changes made by a restaurant, business, website owner, ordering provider, domain registrar, or other third party may cause a previously functioning QR code to stop leading to the intended destination.

10. Production and Shipping

Production and shipping times may vary based on order size, proof approval, materials, workload, customization, weather, carrier performance, and other circumstances.

Any stated production or shipping date is an estimate unless we expressly identify it in writing as guaranteed.

If an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised or required timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation option, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.

Risen Anchor Co. is not responsible for delays caused solely by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

11. Cancellations, Corrections, Replacements, and Refunds

Because many products are personalized, cancellation, correction, replacement, and refund options may depend on whether design or production has begun.

The policy shown during checkout, included with a quote, invoice, or proof, or communicated for a specific order will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

Contact us promptly if:

• Your order arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• The product has a production defect
• The quantity is incorrect
• The order does not substantially match the approved proof

We may request photographs or other reasonable information so we can evaluate the problem.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, accounts, or data
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or disruptive technology
